“Replacing your roof can be a very stressful experience, but Freddy helped to make this a positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised when our roof tiles were delivered on a Thursday and placed on the roof on Friday, we never lost the use of our driveway. “I recently needed to find a roofing contractor to repair a leak in my roof. I did the usual search on the Internet, Angi’s list (they have a new spelling)… and then read Google reviews.
I kept coming up with the same company – Castilla Roofing … and how customers were stating how well they performed and what good work they did. With this information, I called Castilla Roofing and spoke to Dakota. Many Google reviewers raved about Dakota – how nice she was and how professional she was over the phone, etc. I found the same to be true! Dakota said she could have someone at my home the next morning between 9 and 10 AM. In this age of many companies blaming COVID related delays, personnel shortages, long holding times on the phone or response time, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were going to respond. The next morning at 9 AM, Nathan arrived and began checking out the job, which was great! He was professional, friendly and gave me the confidence that the job would be completed on time (1-2 weeks) and that he would make sure it was done right, take photos, etc in order to show the work that would be completed to my satisfaction. I again was pleasantly surprised at the response time, the fact that they showed when the promised (thank you!) and had everything ready to go. We all know that “time is money,” but more importantly, respect for one’s time and promises kept is even more valuable. Thank you to Nathan and to Dakota to an excellent job in dealing with customers like me.

I will post a follow up when the roof repair is completed, but I am confident that everything will be completed to my satisfaction, as promised, and that the ongoing communication will continue to be excellent.

Update on August 17, 2021:
The crew from Castilla roofing arrived first thing in the morning today (August 17, 2021). As they promised, they came within the time frame they told me, and actually earlier… thank you so much! They set up caution tape and their tools/equipment and immediately got to work. They wore all the required safety equipment (harnesses, etc) and you could see that they had the experience (safety wise) and ability (excellent roofers) to get the job done.

Toward the end of the job, Nathan (salesperson) contacted me (since I wasn’t there at the time) and asked if I wanted to meet him in about an hour to go over what his crew completed and if everything was completed to my satisfaction. All I can say is WOW and thank you for doing that!

When I arrived, I found everything we needed completed was done to our satisfaction (and beyond) and the Castilla crew even found a few more areas that needed attention (cracked roof tiles, etc) and took care of them on their own!

Castilla roofing (Nathan) sent me the “Before and After” photos of the work they completed and it was professionally organized so that I could easily follow the job as it progressed.

I wish every company operated like Castilla Roofing. I think they be one of a kind, but I am SO GLAD I found them! I was so impressed that I told their manager (Freddy) to give anyone my name and number in the event they needed a reference.
