  After my mother passed away. The roofing company (Snider Roofing) she had contracted to replace her roof after hurricane Irma decided they didn’t have to reform the work, nor did they feel they had to return the deposit my mom had paid them. For over a year, they made us promises they had no intentions of keeping, gave us the run around, and eventually stopped returning our phone calls. We had to file a complaint with the State and hire an attorney in order to get the deposit back. Then a friend recommended we contact Aaron with Castilla Roofing. Aaron was a godsend. From our initial phone conversation, we were assured he would do his best to help us. He was very knowledgeable and patient, addressing all of our concerns and answering our many questions. His customer service is exceptional and he has a heart for his clients and his company. Aaron guided us through the process of dealing with the insurance company and permitting, and within weeks, the roof was replaced. We will forever be grateful to Aaron and Castilla Roofing for their professionalism and excellent service.

  I had a roof inspection by Aaron yesterday. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I did not need roof repair or replacement yet, but I will definitely contact Castilla Roofing when the time comes.

  Replacing your roof can be a very stressful experience, but Freddy helped to make this a positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised when our roof tiles were delivered on a Thursday and placed on the roof on Friday, we never lost the use of our driveway. Freddy then let me know the crew would be at our house on Monday and the roof would be completed by the end of the week, they were done on Wednesday. Freddy and the Castilla Roofing crew were professional, prompt and very easy to work with. I would recommend Castilla Roofing to anyone with roofing needs.
