Roofing Supervisor – Job Description
Description/summary of the role:
The Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day field operations, ensuring our field employees (roofers) are aligned with the quality and safety standards of Castilla Roofing. The Supervisor will interact with customers to understand their expectations and ensure outstanding quality in each project under his responsibility.
Responsibilities of the Supervisor at Castilla Roofing:
- Ensure outstanding quality in every project under his responsibility
- Oversight day-to-day field operations ensuring safety and cleaning protocols are followed
- Lead and supervise multiple teams in multiple projects
- Document with photography different stages of each project
- Be comfortable climbing a ladder and working outside big portion of the day
- Interact with customers to understand their expectations and answer their questions
- Perform quality controls and monitor productivity
- Work with internal departments to facilitate communication
- Maintain a friendly and efficient working relationship with laborers, sub-contractors, and work colleagues to ensure all projects are being completed safely and within a timely manner.
Qualifications of the Supervisor at Castilla Roofing:
- 5 years of experience leading operations teams (roofing or construction)
- Experience in Roofing Industry
- Attention to detail and solve problem mindset
- Efficient time management
- High School diploma
- Bilingual (English – Spanish) considered a plus
- Driver License

Description/summary of the role:
The Sales Representative interacts with clients and potential clients daily and constantly to help them solve all their questions and concerns about their roofing needs. The Sales Representative is an auto-motivated professional who creates opportunities in order to achieve weekly goals working closely with Operations and Sales teams.
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative at Castilla Roofing:
- Participates in daily meetings between Operations and Sales teams at 6:30 am
- Visits clients at their homes with the objective of solving their roofing needs, answering all their questions and concerns.
- Proactively generates new opportunities and new contacts with potential clients with the ultimate objective of providing our clients with the best roofing experience.
- Promotes and demonstrates a team-work style with all the involved departments to a successful and on-time completion of each project.
- Performs constant and proactive communication with clients and teams involved in the process, as a daily priority.
- Demonstrates availability to provide the highest quality of service to our clients when they need it.

CDL Truck Driver – Job Description
Description/summary of the role:
The CDL truck driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the dump-truck or other vehicles used for roofing projects as part of the Company’s operation. Ensures to comply safety and cleaning measures in the work area.
Responsibilities of the CDL Truck Driver at Castilla Roofing:
- Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water according to the instructions received by immediate supervisor
- Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to immediate supervisor
- Safely drive truck to and from destination applying knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) driving regulations as well as all local, state and federal laws.
- Check loads to ensure product is being hauled in an appropriate and safe manner to adjust to required and safe levels
- Keep equipment in acceptable condition of cleanliness using approved cleaning materials and supplies
- Maintain constant communication with immediate supervisor
- Assist other company employees as needed
- Maintain good working knowledge of the traffic routes of the city
- Must be able to take orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors and management
- Meet or exceed company safety standards
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications of the CDL Truck Driver at Castilla Roofing:
- Must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B) with an air brake endorsement.
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), no more than 3 minor violations and/or accidents in the previous 3 years
- No major violation such as DUI (Driving under influence) in the last 5 years
- Collaborative (required)
