The Founder

Oscar Castilla, proud father of Juan Carlos and Ramon, is the founder of Castilla Roofing, Inc. For 35 years, Mr. Castilla was dedicated to the Peruvian Army serving as a Colonel. Through sacrifice and hard work, he raised his children with the clear principles of honesty and hard work.

Mr. Castilla has been a guiding force, and his sons give him credit for much of the success of Castilla Roofing. His respect, honesty and commitment in teaching his sons have helped them achieve great goals against tremendous odds.

Currently Mr. Castilla serves as principal business advisor to his family-oriented business. This is just one more reason Castilla Roofing has proven to be a solid and professional roofing company.
