Juan Carlos was born in Peru and studied at The Catholic University of Santa Maria, graduating at the top of his class with a degree in Economic Sciences. Following his dreams of a more promising future, Juan Carlos came to the U.S. in 2002, taking his first job as a roofer. Through his willingness to learn and adapt to new things, he proved to be a valuable asset and quickly moved up the ranks to Operations Manager. Ever perceptive, he learned what it takes to be successful in this business. Juan Carlos has a natural ability to lead others to work with the same ethics and values he holds.

In 2006, Juan Carlos successfully started his own company and founded Castilla Roofing, Inc. Today, Castilla Roofing is a highly respected company known for its innovation and for delivering superior results even with the highest of expectations. By caring about every client, listening to what they expect before, during and after the completion of work, and by putting his reputation first, he was able to grow his business tremendously.

Juan Carlos has been a solid example to his employees that with hard work and determination, one can achieve goals despite barriers. He has over 120 full-time employees and continues to expand his business and learn about the trade to enhance the beauty and security of his client’s homes.
