What counts as an emergency
If it’s wet inside or exposed outside, call now.
Active water intrusion
Water actively coming into the house — ceiling drips, wet drywall, water on the floor. Same-day tarping and mitigation.
Storm damage & missing sections
Blown-off sections, exposed decking, torn membrane, punctures from wind-driven debris. Stop the exposure before more damage occurs.
Tree impact
Fallen limbs or a tree on the roof. We can also coordinate with your tree service to clear before we tarp or repair.
Hurricane / tropical storm damage
Post-storm damage across single homes and full communities. We were on rooftops after Irma, Ian and Milton.
What we do on an emergency call
Stabilize first. Document. Then permanent repair.
Active-leak mitigation
Interior water source stopped, saturated materials assessed, drying plan started.
Temporary patch work
Rapid material patches on missing shingles, torn membrane or open flashing.
Storm-damage documentation
Photo package geotagged and time-stamped — a full record of the damage for your files.
Permanent repair or replacement
Once the site is stabilized, the permanent fix is scheduled on our standard workflow.

Emergency Roof Repair FAQ
How fast can you actually get here?
For an active leak or acute damage in our standard service area, same-day is the target during business hours. Post-storm, we’re typically on rooftops within 24–48 hours based on damage volume. Call (239) 465-2646 and we’ll give you a real arrival window.
How much does an emergency tarp cost?
Emergency tarping is quoted case-by-case based on roof size, damage extent and access. For a claim-eligible loss, tarping is typically a covered mitigation cost. We’ll tell you the price before we start.
What should I do right now, before you arrive?
Move valuables and electronics away from the wet area, put buckets or containers under active drips, turn off electricity to the affected area if water is near fixtures or outlets, and take photos for your records. Do not go on the roof.
Do you provide documentation of the damage?
Yes. Every emergency visit includes a full geotagged, time-stamped photo package of the damage and the work performed — yours to keep for your records or to share with whoever needs it.
Do you work at night or on weekends for emergencies?
For active water intrusion or unsafe exposure, yes — we dispatch outside business hours based on the situation. Call (239) 465-2646 and describe what you’re seeing.
What if I’m at a condo or HOA property?
Same emergency response for community properties, but the process involves board or CAM coordination. Details on our community & HOA roofing page.
