Ramon graduated from the Chorillos Military School in Peru as a second lieutenant of artillery, and actively served his country for 10 years. He also earned a degree in Business Administration from Federico Villareal National University.

Ramon learned the trade and joined his brother in business in 2008, bringing organization and discipline to the team of employees. Ramon is responsible for taking the company to the highest level of professionalism and quality, which makes Castilla Roofing a unique company in the industry.

Through perseverance and hard work, Ramon has come to be a fundamental member in the daily operations of the company. Ramon is proud to maintain and support the company’s commitment to meet the needs of its customers.
